One of my favourite runs in Skiathos takes you through the towering Aleppo pines of Mandraki Forest. An area popular with hikers and it’s easy to see why.

The pines provide welcome shade from the sun and the sandy trails weave along the western coast of the island, providing stunning views of the sea.

One to take slowly and enjoy, perfect for LSRs. Remember to take water and a camera to capture the beauty 🙂
